Once the uniform of French labourers, the chore jacket has evolved into a timeless staple that seamlessly blends function with fashion, effortlessly bridging the smart-casual divide.

Crafted from cotton twill with a hint of stretch for lasting comfort, this essential layering piece offers a regular fit, complete with corozo nut button fastenings and three patch pockets for a classic utilitarian finish.

Built for effortless wear, season after season, this jacket showcases Shepherdly Day: Originally created in the Liberty Fabrics design studio in 2015, Shepherdly Song offers a celebratory interpretation of wild flowers and plants drawn in a paisley-edged style. Every tiny bud and delicate leaf was meticulously hand-painted in the Liberty design studio, recalling the abundance and diversity of wildflower meadows. Rendered in both light and dark tonal hues, the design's exquisite linework creates the illusion of a more varied palette.
