HOW TO USE
Sharpen the tip with ILIA’s Dual Precision Sharpener (sold separately), then glide along the lash line or waterline.
For a soft, diffused effect, blend with a small eye brush. Work on one eye at a time – the formula sets quickly.
To create a soft wing, use an angled liner brush to pull colour out.
