HOW TO USE

Before use, gently stir with the applicator. Using the flat side, apply a single stroke over the lips, then use the tip to define the contours.
Allow a moment for the formula to set without pressing the lips together. If applying after lip balm, gently blot away excess oil with a tissue before use.
